The following information is provided for students to assess if our training is right for you. All programs listed with an item code and numbers (IE HLTAID009)
are nationally recognised programs that come with a statement of attainment and require prior online learning to be completed before the practical training day.
Other courses provided may be non accredited courses that are structured with a practical learning component and no online learning required prior
Our courses provided are different to the everyday first aid course you may have attended in the past.
We provide training that is contextualized to your field of expertise, you will leave our training with exceptional confidence and a highly skilled knowledge base.
We offer both accredited (Government recognised) and certificate training
You can attend one of our group booking courses, book your own private group course or have one of our trainers provide you with one on one course training.

Our policies for refunds, bookings and rescheduling
Our Policies
Individuals:
Refunds are available only if cancellations are made more than 14 days in advance of the course date. Medical requested refunds require a medical certificate from a licensed professional. All refunds, if granted, are at the discretion of the business owner.
Group Discounts:
Refunds are not offered for group discount bookings. If more than 14 days’ notice is given, a credit will be provided for a future open course (subject to availability) within 12 months.
Closed Courses:
Refunds are not offered for closed courses. However, a credit will be provided to use within 12 months, assuming a venue, date, and time can be mutually agreed upon with the group organizer. Closed course bookings also require a non-refundable deposit.
Course Rescheduling – Client:
Rescheduling requests for alternative dates, times, or locations are not accommodated unless submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course date. Neglecting to read communications or overlooking messages in junk or spam folders does not constitute valid grounds for rescheduling or refunds. Failure to attend does not constitute valid grounds for rescheduling or refunds.
Course Rescheduling:
We reserve the right to reschedule a course date if the required number of participants is not met. A credit note will be provided to all those registered to attend the next scheduled course. A refund may be requested, and the individual refund policy applies.
Course online training requirements
By purchasing a place in our training program, you agree that you will complete the online enrolment and online pre course learning prior to the training date (If the course has an online component) If you have not completed the online training prior to the hands on date, you will be required to book into a new training session, the cost for this rebooking will be $65.00 and due payable prior to securing your place in the next session.
Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected by FAFM first aid training, and its subsidiaries is protected by the Privacy (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2013 (Cth) (Privacy Act). Your information will be securely stored and not disclosed to third parties without consent, except where permitted or required under the Privacy Act.

Completing any vocational education course in Australia requires obtaining and supplying a USI from usi.gov.au. all Accredited First aid training is offered by 1SDO RTO#41558, responsible for the quality of training and assessment provided. Training and assessment will be conducted by FAFM first aid training and its subsidiaries under 1SDO responsibility and direction.
